Hi, I'm Kathryn Fellure—but everyone calls me Katie. My roots are from Albuquerque as my family moved here in the 1950s from Mexico and Colorado. My heart is with military families, as I am a Gold Star Spouse and Army Veteran with 10 years of military service.
I spent my childhood in Seattle, Detroit, and Houston. Before my career in real estate, I earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a Master’s degree from Kansas State University in Adult Education. My family and I lived around the world as a military family for 22 years. Before active duty, I was enlisted in the Army Reserve serving in the 413th Civil Affairs BN in Lubbock Texas from 1994-1998. After graduating from Texas Tech, I went on active duty Army to serve as an Ordnance Officer (Maintenance and Logistics) for 6 more years in various locations around the world. Highlights of that time included serving in the 1st Cavalry Division and 2nd Infantry Division in South Korea. In 2003, I married and the following year I left the Army to become a stay-at-home mom to my two children and worked as an Army family volunteer in the various military communities we lived in while my late husband was on active duty. Highlights during my time as a military spouse included homeschooling my two children for seven years and living in Kaiserslautern, Germany for four years. I began my real estate career in 2021 after relocating to Albuquerque to be near my family.
After only 4 years in Real Estate, I was recognized as a 2026 RealTrends Verified agent and ranked:
