Jennifer Swinehart's Profile

Jennifer and her husband are southern transplants, who after 26 years and 15 moves around the country with the Air Force, chose to make New Mexico their forever home. She brings a wealth of experience and a passion for seamless transactions to her role as our transaction coordinator and Realtor®. Prior to entering the world of real estate, Jennifer spent years as a social worker, and as a certified paralegal for a small family law office.

After 3 years as an in-house transaction coordinator for a national real estate company, supporting 22 agents, Jennifer founded JS Transaction Services, LLC, to offer her expertise to a broader range of brokerages. After moving back to New Mexico, she further expanded her commitment by obtaining her NM real estate license. She is thrilled to be a vital part of Katie & The Team, and looks forward to utilizing her unique skills to ensure both buyers and sellers experience a smooth and successful journey in the dynamic New Mexico real estate market.

Jennifer has a passion for travel and great food and loves green chile on just about anything. She and her husband (both loyal Auburn graduates) are self professed coffee fanatics always on the hunt for new cafes and restaurants to try.  She is also an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, who is always looking for new trails, hidden canyons for rockhounding, or the perfect place to catch the amazing desert southwest sunsets.
